During the month of May, adults are challenged to spend 30 minutes being physical activity every day.
You already know that regular physical activity increases your chances of living a longer, healthier life. It also reduces your risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, and some types of cancer. Yet it can be challenging for people to stay engaged and on track 3 ½ hours each week.
