About The Program

The Weight Loss Solution informs, empowers and motivates participants to live mindfully as they make choices about eating and physical activity. The programs provides opportunities for participants to track their progress and keep a journal of healthy lifestyle behaviors.

Meet Your Weight Loss Consultant:
Diana Breault, BS Nutritional Sciences

Diana Breault, Weight Loss MotivatorFood has always been the center of every gathering in my family. Whether it’s a birthday party or Christmas night, there has always been enough food to feed an army of people. Growing up in an Italian family, I quickly realized that I would never be able to escape the 4-course meals and bottom-less dishes. I was always curious about what I was really eating and how it affected my body. I became aware about my eating behaviors, and eventually decided to pursue a degree in Nutritional Science at the University of New Hampshire. I began sharing my passion for nutrition with others in the school community, hospitals, and research settings. My goal after graduation in May 2010 was to make a career out of my nutrition education and apply it by educating others on achieving and maintaining healthy lifestyles. Today, I am here to share my interest in nutrition as well as support and motivate you through your weight loss journey.

I look forward to meeting with you and working towards your weight loss goal.

Meetings

Meetings are held in a friendly, supportive environment in a group setting.
• Sessions are held weekly and to your convenience.
• Explore behaviors that help you achieve and maintain a healthy weight.
• Identify strategies to help you eat smart and move more.

Each meeting includes:
• A private weigh-in once per week
• Nutrition and wellness education
• Question and answer

Accountability

You are asked to record a daily food and activity journal. This does not need to be passed in to your consultant. It is a healthful tool that will increase your awareness of daily behaviors and help you live mindfully.

Why do I need to record my food intake?

•It’s a great way to eliminate the ability to underestimate how many calories you actually consume.
•Creates awareness of habits that you may not have noticed in the past.
•Makes you accountable for everything you eat and drink.
•Helps achieve and maintain a balanced diet.
