What is TRX Plus?

Over the course of this MULTI-WEEK program, your TRX Coach will lead you through a series of progressive total-body workouts that combine dynamic strength and flexibility exercises, core work and team cardio drills.

Open to members and non-members! All classes are ages 16+. All classes have a maximum of ten participants and a minimum of 2.
