Track
Prefer the feeling of actual forward momentum to walking on a treadmill? Love the feel of the ground pushing off your feet, but can't stand the snow, rain or heat? Then try our cusioned, indoor track! All the benefits of outdoor walking without the discomfort, obstacles or inconveniences.
Racquetball
Racquetball offers a great cardiovascular workout and it’s a lot of fun too! An average game will take 20 minutes, during which a player will run a distance of approximately 3,650 ft – or over two miles in one hour of play (U.S. Olympic Training Center).
Rock Climbing
Rock climbing is a physically demanding sport requiring strength particularly in the back, shoulders, hips, and arms. Full body awareness, such as knowing where your feet and hands are before you make your next move is equally important. Our rock climbing wall has both a beginner and intermediate side to accommodate climbers of all skill levels.
Basketball
As a member you will have full access to our basketball court for pick up games or to simply just shoot around. You may also be interested in joining the seasonal basketball league.
The adult basketball league is open to anyone 16 years of age or older for an additional fee. Both the fall and spring season run for 10 games plus playoff games. Each game has an official referee and teams receive their own t-shirts.
Golf
Located within the Fitness Center is a specially designed area to practice your swing and help improve your game. The netted enclosure helps to ensure safety and golf balls are provided for you.
Boxing
Located within the Fitness Center is our boxing studio. This studio is always open for individuals who want to improve their skill or get in a great workout! We also have boxing classes available. Please check our group exercise schedule for details.
Our boxing studio includes: 1 Heavy Bag, 2 Speed Bags and 2 Focus Masters
Karate for adults
For men and women ages 16 and up
The term “Kempo” means “The way of the fist,” or “fist law.” It is a form of karate that is taught and practiced for self defense. The art utilizes linear and circular movements incorporated with scientific concepts to achieve an optimal system for defending one’s self.
