Aqua Therapy:
Aqua therapy is an effective method for cardiovascular conditioning and other types of rehabilitation. Water provides a low-impact, high resistance environment for exercising which makes it perfect for strengthening muscles, bones and joints for long-term performance. Programs occur in our heated "salt pure" pool. Benefits include:

Back to Life Spine Therapy:
Focusing on back and neck pain relief, the Spine Center is a unique, interdisciplinary program providing diagnosis, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation. Continuing care services, prevention, and education services are available with acute and chronic back and neck conditions. A large focus of the patient’s spine care involves an aggressive, comprehensive functionally based therapeutic exercise program designed specifically for their spinal dysfunction. With our Back to Life Program, you can increase your strength, flexibility and function.
