Follow Route 1 North for approximately four or five miles. Take a right into the access road just before the stoplight at Pizzeria Uno shortly after you pass Lowes. Dedham Health & Athletic Complex is located behind and to the right of Dick’s Sporting Goods at 200 Providence Highway in Dedham.
From Points West
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike East to Route 95 South (128 South).
Take 128 South to Exit 15A. (Route 1 North towards Dedham).
