Chaotic Tactical Metabolic & Strength Training is a strength training class unlike anything you have tried before. We use tires, ropes, kettlebells, TRX, hills and other obstacles to push your body to it's limits.
Because of it's high intensity, this class Is Not recommended for everyone! Please ask a staff or fitness member before signing up.
Open to members and non-members! All classes are ages 16+. All classes have a maximum of ten participants and a minimum of 2.
