|The 60/60 medical exercise program is for people who are new to exercise or may have exercised in the past but not successfully.
The 60/60 is specifically designed for individuals who have a medical condition that would benefit from a properly prescribed exercise routine.

Participants enjoy the experience so they come in more often and are more likely to continue for a longer period of time, ultimately changing their lifestyle and forming healthy habits.
As a 60/60 program participant, you have access to a wide variety of offerings to help you achieve optimal health. The indoor walking track and classes will improve strength, flexibility, stability and stamina in a social and fun atmosphere.
How much is my investment?
Your investment is only $1 per day, totaling $60 for 60 days.
I do not have time to exercise. How long will my session last?
We understand you have a busy schedule, so to ensure success, we only ask you to complete two 30 minute work out sessions each week.
How do I get started?
Simply have your physician complete a referral form and fax it to DHAC. We will contact you, schedule a tour of DHAC to explain the program, and get you on track to achieve a healthier, more active lifestyle. Now is the time!
