Okay DON’T lie… we are all planning extra last minute barbecues or beach trips and they all revolve around food and drink. So where do we go to get supplies? The grocery store, of course! With all this shopping, there seems to be so little time to make it to the gym; so why not incorporate a sweat session into our shopping spree.
Take wide turns when your cart is jam-packed with snacks. Talk about a forearm workout!
Once you’re done shopping, do one last lap around the entire grocery store. Make sure to roll your shoulders forward & backward to loosen up your neck & help your posture. If you’re shopping a lot, try timing yourself & beat your grocery store record!
Tone your arms while carrying groceries to the car. The fun doesn’t end when you’re done shopping! Hold the bags in your hands & tuck your elbows into your sides. Here is a perfect opportunity to do some bicep curls!
It’s understandable that we are busy between our day jobs, families & more. But with theses easy moves, you can incorporate fitness into everyday tasks.
