In simpler words, a seated job increases heart attack risk! Here are some simple actions you can take to have a healthier work week:
Movement makes a difference. It is recommended you look into a standing desk. Pace the office or walk outside while making business calls or take a walk with a client.
Try walking meetings. They are much more fun & healthy than stationary conference room sit-downs.
