We here at DHAC are very excited and proud to announce our newest Group Fitness For All Classes debuting this Fall. Simply Sweat, Simply Strength and Simply Stretch make up our very own Simple Series.
Simply Sweat is a 25 minutes cardio class that will meet in the Fitness Center Cardio area and we will show you how to set up a treadmill and perform a small trail walking class. We will also introduce the stationary bike or even our indoor track. Each instructor will change it up a little but remember, we will keep it simple!
Simply Strength will show you how to set up a basic barbell, step bench and perform a few strength training exercises step by step. It is also a 25 minutes class guided by our Group Fitness for All Physiologists. We want to teach you all you need to know in a weight training class.
Simply Stretch is the original simply class and has been known to make participants feel dynamite after they take it. This class runs 30 minutes to allow the last five minutes for a relaxation or some like to call, NAP TIME! Basic stretches focusing on sore spots will help to relieve tension and promote healthy range of motion for our bodies.
The reason behind the Simple Series is that we want everyone to feel comfortable in our group fitness studios. This series of classes will find itself to be both approachable as well as educational. We take the pace down a little and add the social element that we are known for here at Dedham Health. We really look forward to seeing you in all of these classes we designed especially for YOU!
