My husband just reminded me that it’s that time of year where we have to make a list of all of the things that we need to get done this spring…..
1-wash the windows
2-organize the basement
3- clean out the garage
Spring is here and let the spring-cleaning begin!!!!! If you are a list maker like myself and are in the process of planning out your spring-to-do list, why not include one for trying a cycling class!
Cycling is a fun, vigorous, cardiovascular exercise that takes place on a stationary bike. While you won’t experience riding in the cool, windy spring weather, cycling is a great indoor workout that optimizes the use of your lower body and targets your quads, hamstrings, glutes and hip flexors.
DHAC offers a variety of cycling classes to accommodate your schedule and fitness level! If you have been contemplating trying a cycling class for the first time, DHAC offers 30 minute cycling classes for novice riders. This is a great way for new riders to get familiarized with bike and the overall ride.
Check out the new spring schedule today, and keep in mind when you plan out your spring to-do-list, to include “trying a cycling class”! I guarantee you will enjoy it far more than doing your spring-cleaning!!!! Happy Spring 🙂
