As an employee at Dedham Health and Athletic Complex for 5 plus years, I know that promoting health is very important. But even for those of us in the industry, it is sometimes hard to find the time to workout.
In the past year I have been training with one of our exercise physiologists here at Dedham Health. He has pushed me to get healthier.
For those members that find it hard to get motivated to come into the club and work out, try using your free personal training. It will give you that extra motivation to get in shape.
